What You'll Do

Doceree's advanced intelligence and AI-driven activation solutions represent the next evolution of precision engagement within the clinical workflow. Built on structured HCP-level data, real-time performance intelligence, and adaptive AI capabilities, our platform enables pharma brands to optimise targeting, enhance omnichannel orchestration, and drive commercial outcomes.

As VP - Sales (Data Solutions) you will build and lead a high-performing commercial team responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across pharma manufacturers, and will own the overarching commercial strategy for Doceree's data solutions - shaping GTM direction, building strategic partnerships, positioning them as a core component of pharma's evolving omnichannel ecosystem.

  • Player/coach role: own an individual quota, while leading a team of sales directors, supporting them in achieving and exceeding their revenue goals
  • Own and grow revenue for Data Solutions by closing new logo deals and expanding relationships with new and existing pharma clients
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle ent-to-end
    : prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and closing multi-six and seven-figure deals
  • Develop and deepen strategic, executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across brand, digital, and commercial teams
  • Drive new revenue while expanding existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership growth
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping Doceree's enterprise pharmaceutical GTM strategy, sales approach, and commercial positioning
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Act as the voice of the customer - feeding market insights, competitive intelligence, and client needs back into product and strategy
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets while helping scale Doceree's enterprise pharmaceutical business at a critical growth stage

Who You Are

  • 12+ years of experience selling data-driven solutions directly to enterprise pharma companies
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity and experience as both a quota-carrying contributor and team manager
  • Proven track of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong existing relationships with senior pharma brand, digital, and commercial decision-makers
  • Deep expertise in HCP engagement and data-driven solutions
  • Highly consultative seller with the ability to navigate long sales cycle and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and excited by real ownership
    - driving revenue, influencing strategy, and scaling a business
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Natural leader with the ability to drive a high-performance culture
