What You'll Do

We are looking for a Director – Business Development with deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem to lead strategic supply-side partnerships and expand omnichannel HCP/DTC engagement capabilities across emerging channels.

  • Build and scale Doceree’s HCP/DTC supply partnerships across channels including CTV/video, audio, DOOH, mobile, display, and emerging omnichannel environments
  • Develop and manage relationships with SSPs, publishers, exchanges, media owners, and AdTech platforms
  • Identify and onboard premium inventory and audience partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to scale omnichannel HCP/DTC offerings
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities that enhance reach, targeting, measurement, and performance capabilities
  • Represent Doceree at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and drive strategic revenue growth opportunities
Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in AdTech business development, partnerships, sales or supply strategy
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and omnichannel media
    , with strong supply-side expertise
  • Hands on experience across channels including CTV/video, audio, DOOH, display, and mobile
  • Strong industry relationships and proven commercial acumen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Healthcare/pharma experience is a strong plus
