• Set and achieve sales goals for in‑store and digital channels using selling tools, reservations, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and conduct appointment‑based selling
• Provide personalized styling advice and product education to customers
• Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings and share brand feedback with management
• Maintain department presentation through stocking, re‑merchandising, displays, price markdowns, transfers, and cleaning
• Open new customer accounts and use sales reporting to drive business

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
