Summary

As a Client Advisor you will deliver a world-class luxury experience, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets through expert storytelling and product knowledge. You will engage high-net-worth clients, use CRM and digital clienteling tools, and represent the boutique at private and in-store events. The role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and a focus on personalized service.

• Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience and tailor the selling approach to each client.
• Master the brand selling ceremony and proactively achieve or exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Build, expand, and nurture a strong client portfolio through outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-ups.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to engage, track, and retain clientele.
• Support boutique operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, product replenishment, and opening/closing procedures.
• Represent the brand at private client events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements.

• Proven success in luxury retail with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience engaging high-net-worth clients and executing sophisticated sales interactions.
• Excellent storytelling and product knowledge with a passion for craftsmanship and brand heritage.
• Proficiency with CRM software and digital clienteling tools; tech-savvy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. Multilingual skills are a plus.
