Purpose of the JobAs Director / Sr Director
- Business Development you will lead strategic partnerships with Point-of-Care (POC) technology platforms. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling partnerships with EHR vendors, ePrescribing platforms, telehealth providers, clinical workflow solutions, and other Health Tech organisations. This role will play a critical part in expanding Doceree's ecosystem and physician reach by bringing new platform partners into our network and accelerating adoption of our Spark technology suite.
- Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with EHR, eRx, telehealth, and Health Tech companies.
- Lead complex partnership negotiations, including commercial agreements, revenue-sharing models, and integration partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Operations teams to successfully onboard and launch partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives within partner organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Represent Doceree at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new partnership opportunities.
- Experience, Skills & Education
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, Health Tech sales, or related fields.
- Experience working with EHRs, Health Tech platforms, digital health, healthcare SaaS, AdTech or healthcare media organizations.
- Proven track record of building and closing enterprise-level partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Health Tech ecosystems and clinical workflows.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly entrepreneurial with track record of building ecosystems, creating strategic alliances, and driving growth across the Health Tech landscape.
