Summary
The Client Advisor will create memorable, personalized experiences for clientele while representing the Brand on the sales floor. This role focuses on building long-term relationships through consultative service, strong product knowledge, and the use of clienteling tools. The ideal candidate is customer focused, curious, and driven to achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance.
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all categories.
- Provide personalized client service and act as a trusted advisor to clientele.
- Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Previous retail or customer-centric experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and meeting goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Willingness to learn Brand products and use clienteling/CRM tools; able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
