The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized cosmetics expertise and customer service while building client relationships and driving individual and vendor sales. The role supports beauty consultations, counter merchandising, and clienteling.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Develop customer relationships and provide exceptional service, consultations, and product application.
- Use clienteling tools to maintain client information and preferences and follow up with customers.
- Keep the cosmetics counter clean, tidy, and welcoming while working with team members and account representatives.
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
- Demonstrated successful sales performance, including exceeding quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and learn clienteling software.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
