The Role:

Call Center Representative / Dispatcher

As a key member of our Customer Service & Dispatch Team, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately

  • Dispatch technicians using Service Titan software

  • Communicate clearly with field technicians throughout the day

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide updates

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
