The Role:Call Center Representative / Dispatcher
As a key member of our Customer Service & Dispatch Team, you will:
Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
Dispatch technicians using Service Titan software
Communicate clearly with field technicians throughout the day
Resolve customer concerns and provide updates
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
