Digital Navigator, Millbury Public Library (Millbury)

19.5‑hour part‑time, flexible, non‑benefited, non‑union, grant‑funded position.

Duties include:

• Design, promote, and deliver one‑on‑one and group support and instruction on technology, including computer/device skills, software applications, internet, email, social media, and video conferencing.
• Plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage underserved populations and ensure equitable access to technology and training.
• Collaborate with local organizations to deliver technology training outside the library, such as in community centers and schools.
• Adapt instruction and course content to meet the needs of various audiences (seniors, job seekers, students, adults with limited technological experience).
• Develop instructional materials, handouts, and tutorials.
• Keep abreast of AI trends and teach AI literacy to children, teens, adults, and seniors.

Bachelor's degree in education, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
