Salary Range: $18.50 To $22.00 Hourly

Location: 50 Main St., Millbury, MA 01527

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm (In-person)

Position Summary: Millbury Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Electronic Banking Specialist to be part of our Deposit Operations team. This position reports to the AVP/Deposit Operations Manager or assignee. The Electronic Banking Specialist performs a variety of financial and non‑financial maintenance tasks and daily operations related to online banking, wires, ACH, ATM / Debit Card, and merchant services. The incumbent is cross‑trained in all Electronic Banking daily operations, rotates across all departmental areas, and provides support for members and bank staff regarding electronic products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all responsibilities and duties required of a Deposit Operations Specialist.
  • Provide service and support to external members, internal bank staff, and other personnel in regard to Electronic Banking, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Work closely with branches to maintain member records.
  • Coordinate workflow with other departments as needed.
  • Process and maintain wire transfers, foreign currency orders, ACH, returned items, sweep accounts, savings transfer management, internet banking issues, bill payment issues, and other electronic banking functions.
  • Maintain and order ATM and Debit cards, monitor fraud, and process chargebacks.
  • Print daily notices.
  • Review daily reports for quality control and perform necessary filing.
  • Ensure all work is processed in compliance with BSA and OFAC.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues for all services performed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member account information.
  • Follow established policies and procedures in responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Proficient with required programs/tools: STARS (Bankers Bank Northeast) – Wires and Foreign Currency; RIM – Check Returned Item Maintenance;
    Fedline Advantage – Wire transfers;
    Fiserv Access Manager – Retail Internet Banking;
    Partner Care – Check Free Bill Pay;
    Transfer Management System (TMS) – Internal Transfers;
    Fiserv EFT and Card Management System (CMS) – ATM / Debit Card System; eStatements;
    Image View – Check Images;
    Fiserv Source Capture;
    Nautilus – Report View; ACH;
    Sweep Accounts;
    Cleartouch;
    Verafin – CTRs and OFAC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Minimum of 1 year banking/electronic banking experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • General understanding of math, computers, and Microsoft Office applications.

The specific pay for this position will be determined by the Company based on consideration of all relevant factors when and if an offer of employment is extended.
