We are seeking a reliable and motivated Extruder Operator to join our dynamic team. As an Extruder Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of goods. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Load raw materials into machines and adjust settings (temperature, pressure, speed) according to product specifications.
• Monitor the extrusion process closely, making real-time adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Maintain accurate production records, including product counts and machine settings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $21/hr
.

• Prior experience as an Extruder Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols.
