RN/LPN Shift Supervisor – Millbury, MA.

Compensation: $45.78 to $45.90 per hour, based on experience, responsibilities, shifts and differentials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of all nursing activities during the tour of duty.
  • Ensure state, federal regulations, facility policies, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the administration representative in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
  • Delegate administrative authority and accountability necessary to accomplish duties.
Position Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or an accredited RN program preferred; alternatively a graduate of a licensed LPN/LVN program who is enrolled in an approved RN program and pursuing RN licensure.
  • At least 1 year experience supervising in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care setting.
  • Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care federal regulations.
  • Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
