Sunrise Detox is a premiere center for drug and alcohol detox. The facility offers a comfortable medical detox process, with modern, elegantly furnished rooms and an emphasis on nutrition. Clients receive individual and group counseling and 12‑Step meetings to support recovery after treatment.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing general care primarily for patients admitted to the facility. This position performs physical examinations and works closely with the Medical Director to develop appropriate health‑care plans and goals for patients.

• Perform History and Physical for all patients within 24 hours of admission.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow‑up if Psych Certified.
• Order and interpret lab tests.
• Prescribe non‑controlled medications and controlled substances.
• Provide education related to medical issues and detox.
• Offer compassionate support throughout all process phases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss, assess, and resolve patient problems.

• Active and clean Nurse Practitioner license.
• Substance abuse experience preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.

• 4 to 6 hours per shift at the facility.
• 2–4 shifts per week.
• One weekend day may be required.

Hourly rate competitive with experience and location.
