Your Role
As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Responsibilities- You are an expert at driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity, building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience, and supporting Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and KPI results.
- You motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, model AEO’s service standards, and hold associates accountable on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
- You recruit and hire strong talent, staff the store to meet business needs, and train and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
- You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing performance feedback, coach in real time, and celebrate outstanding performance.
- You innovate daily visual and operational procedures, manage shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards, and ensure Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
- You maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have led teams in a retail management role.
- You can multi‑task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize effectively.
- You possess business acumen.
- You have flexible availability, working when guests shop.

- Actual starting pay is determined by experience, location, and other factors.
