Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associate position provides an opportunity to excel in a leading retail setting, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers and the community.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Focusing on the customer by giving a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering assistance to locate items.
• Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods of time.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity sufficient for viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

$15.00 - $22.00
