Sales Representative

Sleep Number® is looking for Sales Representatives to join our team and help customers achieve better sleep through personalized mattress solutions.

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products.
• Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude, with a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer‑facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in consultative or relationship‑based sales, ideally in a commission‑driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point‑of‑sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team.

• Salary range $47,000–$58,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Guaranteed hourly rate of $18.50/hour, uncapped commission and bonus potential.
