Sales Support Representative – Fire & Fabrication

Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group by providing personalized customer service, generating accurate sales orders, and coordinating deliveries.

Mon‑Fri 7:00am – 4:00pm

• Work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
• Generate timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls to provide general information and resolve customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the company CRM system and phone system.
• May be responsible for providing warehouse duties.

• 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, able to build relationships.
• General digital literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $20.57 – $32.91 per month (salaried) or hourly. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
