Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area of the store);
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment)
