• Listen to the needs of our customers and work with them to determine the best new equipment to meet those needs, doing whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals
• Establish rapport to sell the right products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
• Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be easily transferred to the installation team
• Provide complete and accurate information about our products and pricing to build buyer confidence
• Excite potential customers about Landry and encourage them to spread the word
• Become an expert of your market area and know the customer needs
• Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions

• At least 5 years of verifiable experience in the HVAC residential sales role
• Ability to achieve at least $3 million per year in sales
• Strong financial acumen, including determining if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect outcomes
• IT competent with experience using Microsoft Office and latest sales applications
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation and public‑speaking skills
• Familiar with local codes and able to speak to company product lines
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Highly motivated, flexible, and optimistic attitude toward life
