Lead luxury residential remodeling and renovation projects throughout Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Back.
Job DetailsSalary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

- Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on luxury remodeling and custom home projects
- Manage schedules, sequencing, subcontractors, budgets, and project execution
- Coordinate closely with homeowners, designers, architects, and vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process
- Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to plans and specifications
- Help develop processes and contribute to the growth of the company's remodeling division
- Track project progress, budgets, and updates using Buildertrend (or similar software)
- Experience managing both luxury custom home builds and high‑end residential remodeling projects
- Strong preference for someone who enjoys and specializes in luxury renovations and remodels
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and design documents
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, client‑facing approach
- Experience collaborating with designers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build and lead a growing division
