Superintendent​/PM - Luxury Residential

Job Details

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year.

We are a Salt Lake–based construction firm that specializes in high‑end luxury residential construction and remodels across Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Back. Our projects range from ground‑up estates to complex remodels, working closely with top designers, architects, and subcontractors. We value professionalism, communication, and a hands‑on approach to building.

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on custom homes and remodels.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the build.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to plans.
• Track progress, budgets, and updates using Buildertrend or similar.

• Experience in luxury residential construction (custom homes or high‑end remodels).
• Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to be client‑facing.
• Experience working with designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving.
