Role:
Field Engineer performing preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of X-ray medical equipment within healthcare settings. Objectives include ensuring optimal equipment performance and supporting high-quality patient care.
- Execute timely maintenance
- Manage customer relationships
- Communicate effectively
- Adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols
- Document all work activities, including parts ordering
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent military education, or 4+ years experience servicing electronic equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work after-hours/on-call, including weekends
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs, perform bending, stooping, reaching, and possess good hand/finger dexterity
- Availability for flexible work hours
High-Value: medical equipment (X-ray modality), hospital/healthcare environment, technical service, compliant with healthcare and safety regulations.
Work setup: on-site in Salt Lake City, UT, with relocation assistance; availability for after-hours and rotating on-call schedule.
