- Het opstellen, uitvoeren en beoordelen van de financiële strategie en het beleid.
- Het maken en bewaken van de begroting en toezien op het bijhouden van de boekhouding.
- Het opstellen van financiële stukken, zoals de jaarrekening en het jaarverslag.
- Toezicht houden op kasstromen, bankrekeningen en de financiële administratie van MGH, het Noodfonds en het BBB (Bed Bad Brood).
- Het proces tot het verkrijgen van de accountantsverklaring samen met onze accountant.
- Het toezicht op de (uitbestede) salarisadministratie van onze medewerkers.
- Belangrijke financiële documenten bewaren in SharePoint of het boekhoudsysteem.
