Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Consulting IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our healthcare team. This position will play a key role in maintaining the health and performance of our IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure Entra , cloud infrastructure, Forti Gate, Fortinet, Red Hat, Site Reliability, and Cloud Security. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to provide strategic insight, technical leadership, and hands-on infrastructure support.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure Entra , and Red Hat environments.
  • Implement and manage cloud infrastructure, including Forti Gate and Fortinet security systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and solutions for the healthcare sector, in line with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure the integration, performance, and security of IT systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, influencing IT strategic direction.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for multiple environments.
  • Provide after-hours support for emergencies and upgrades.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure Entra , cloud infrastructure, Forti Gate, Fortinet, Red Hat, Site Reliability, and Cloud Security.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud-based systems, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Relevant professional certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Fortinet NSE, or RHCE) are preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks (such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.) is a plus.
