Salary: $85,000 - $170,000 per year

We provide proactive legal guidance in HOA/community association law, real estate and land use, construction, business/corporate law, insurance defense, and civil litigation.

Hours:

Attorneys in these offices handle a variety of civil litigation and real estate matters including HOA/community association law, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and business/corporate law. This is a strong opportunity to grow within a supportive, multi‑office platform.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on real estate, HOA/community association law, and construction defect matters
- Provide counsel in real estate and land use, business/corporate, and insurance defense cases
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and governance documents
- Manage discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and education
- JD and active bar license in OR, CO, UT, or (multiple admissions a plus)
- 3–5+ years of civil litigation or real estate experience preferred
- Knowledge of HOA/community association law or construction litigation a plus
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to balance litigation responsibilities with client advisory work
