🚨 ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVES

Candidate is NOT submit-ready unless these are met:

✅ ICU experience

• 2 years ICU required
• Will consider 1 year only if VERY strong ICU background

✅ True ICU skill set
They expect comfort with:

• Ventilators
• Vasopressors
• Arterial lines
• Central lines
• Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI)
• Bronchoscopy
• Chest tubes
• Restraint use
• High-acuity cardiac & critical patients
• CRRT / IABP (big plus for 1:1 assignments)

✅ ACLS – required
