Supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service, Restaurant Manager

Arctic Circle is looking for a dependable, team-focused Supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and leads by example to ensure great service and smooth operations.

Supervisors play a key role in supporting management and maintaining the high standards that help us “More Than Satisfy” every guest.

As a Supervisor, you will help oversee daily operations and team performance, including:

• Assisting with hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members
• Supervising and directing employee work during shifts
• Ensuring food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
• Engaging with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
• Working in various restaurant positions as needed to support the team

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Weekends and holidays may be required.
