Position: HIRING OTR CLASS A CDL DRIVERS – SOLO & TEAM

US ENTERPRISE LLC is hiring dependable, experienced Solo and Team OTR Drivers based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

DRIVER PAY: 30% OF GROSS REVENUE

OTR - Home Time Approximately Every 3-4 Weeks

Up to 1 Week Home Time Available

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience
Reefer experience preferred
Valid Medical Card
Clean driving record
No accidents
No major violations
No DUI
Pre-employment drug test provided by company

SOLO & TEAM DRIVERS WELCOME

We are looking for reliable drivers who are ready to run OTR and keep the wheels moving. There is no guaranteed weekly gross, as earnings depend on miles, loads, and how much the driver chooses to run.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE POLICY

Driver-caused damage resulting from negligence or misuse may be the driver's responsibility. Qualifying minor damage up to $2,000 will be handled according to company policy and applicable law.

Responsibilities

Driver Responsibilities

Safely operate company truck and reefer trailer
Complete assigned OTR loads on time
Follow DOT regulations and company policies
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Properly secure and protect freight
Monitor reefer temperature and report any issues
Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery updates
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
Keep the truck and equipment clean and in good condition
Report accidents, breakdowns, or equipment problems immediately
Practice safe and professional driving at all times

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience
Reefer experience preferred
Valid DOT Medical Card
Clean driving record
No recent preventable accidents
No major moving violations
No DUI/DWI
Must pass company pre-employment drug test
Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Willingness to stay OTR for approximately 3-4 weeks at a time
