The Graduate Admissions CRM Coordinator
- Processing is responsible for the technical administration, data integrity, and operational workflow of the graduate admissions process within Slate CRM. This position manages application processing, ensures the accuracy of applicant records across Banner, Web Xtender, and Slate, and serves as the primary point of contact for resolving complex applicant data issues. The Coordinator supports compliance with university academic standards, produces regular enrollment and admissions reports, and collaborates closely with the Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, and academic departments to facilitate seamless graduate student matriculation.

Responsibilities include CRM administration and application processing, reporting and data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and other tasks as needed to support the department and Graduate School initiatives.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and demonstrated experience with data management, record processing, or information systems administration. Preferred experience includes working with Slate CRM, Banner, and/or Web Xtender in a higher education environment.

The starting salary for this position is $40,729.00, based on relevant years of experience.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and resolve data inconsistencies. Excellent computer and technical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skills are also necessary.
