PSC Industries is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives in Milledgeville, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a combination of education and experience. Key responsibilities include managing LEAN APPLICATION projects, conducting time studies, and improving manufacturing systems for efficiency and cost savings. Required skills include AutoCAD proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time role with a standard working week of 40+ hours.
