Clinic Administrator; RN or NP

Overview

We are a multi-disciplinary medical organization that provides high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare seeking a Health Services Administrator to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. This position is 20% clinical, 80% administrative and will oversee one DON, LPN and RN. Salary $95,000 - $115,000 per year.

This position is responsible for the clinical, financial, administrative, information technology and human resources systems.

• Oversee clinical, financial, administrative, information technology and human resources systems.

• BS degree or ADN
• Holds and maintains licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of employment.
• 3-5 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills required.
• Strong computer skills required, including office software and internet.
