Avanta Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.;
Prepare light meals and snacks and ensure dietary needs are met.;
Perform patient observation and monitor changes in health status during overnight hours; promptly report any concerns to healthcare providers.;
Offer companionship and reassurance, helping clients feel secure throughout the night.;
Maintain a clean, safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
