Overview
Technical Support Specialist – IDR’s largest client is looking for an IT support Specialist to join their team! This is a hybrid role in Milledgeville, GA.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users within the organization
- Test emerging new technologies and train end users on these technologies
- Work hands on with network troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Implement best practices for IT service management
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
- 2+ years’ experience with hands on technical support
- Extensive experience providing troubleshooting skills remotely, in person, and via the phone
- Strong telecom experience
- Work within an SLA driven incident management workflow
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
