Job Description
A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The RN assesses patient health problems, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and record patient symptoms and medical history

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results

Operate and monitor medical equipment

Assist physicians during examinations and procedures

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care when required

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on unit)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of clinical nursing experience

Specialty certification (e.g., critical care, pediatrics, oncology)

Experience in hospital or acute care settings
