American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position at a Level 3 Trauma facility in Milledgeville, GA. The unit operates 24 beds with an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:4–6, 12‑hour night shifts (7p–7a), and a 36‑hour work week, with no on‑call requirements.
Requirements include GA or compact RN license, current BLS and BCR certifications, and minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience. ACLS and a medical‑surgical national certification are preferred but not required.
