Base Compensation: $41–$46 per hour

• Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Night: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Rotating weekends required

• Evening shift differential:
  Additional $2.00 per hour
• Night shift differential:
  Additional $3.00 per hour
• Weekend coverage differential:
  Additional $1.00 per hour

Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of mental health and medical services for the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses to join our evening or night shift team at Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, Georgia.

Baldwin State Prison serves incarcerated adult men, including individuals requiring close security, and carries a Special Mission designation. According to the Georgia Department of Corrections, the facility provides:

The Registered Nurse provides holistic, patient-centered nursing care to an incarcerated population within the RN scope of practice. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, the RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, identify, and respond to patients’ medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs.

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care
• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  
  Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control procedures

• Associate degree in nursing required
• Active Georgia RN license or an active multistate/compact RN license authorizing practice in Georgia
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to obtain required security clearance, including successful completion of a drug screen and background check
• Availability to work the selected evening or night shift, including rotating weekends
