Developmilledgeville is seeking a Full-Time Assistant TAC Officer to provide overnight supervision of cadet living areas, ensuring safety and security while contributing to cadet development. The role involves managing cadet incidents, maintaining accountability, and assisting with the onboarding of new cadets.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor cadets in both routine and high-stress situations. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for an Associate’s degree. CPR certification and prior military experience are advantageous.
