Workday Specialist/Principal/Architect
This role leads, plans, and supports the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions at the Information Technology Department located at the Headquarters in Millersville, MD.
Responsibilities- Lead, plan, and support the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Design and configure Workday architecture across modules including Security, Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Spend (Procurement), Talent, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
- Oversee Workday implementation and maintenance across multiple modules such as Security, HCM, Finance, and Procurement.
- Lead complex projects from inception to completion, applying strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Workday implementation and architecture, focusing on HCM, Finance, Security, and Procurement modules.
- Extensive experience with Workday configuration, business process design, and system architecture.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects end‑to‑end.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM, Finance, Security, and/or Procurement highly desirable.

Estimated Pay Range: $88,991.37 – $
