Who are we hiring (and what will they do)?
We are looking for a Web & Digital Experience Designer to join our team.
The Web & Digital Experience Designer owns the execution, performance, and continuous evolution of CTM's website and digital conversion experiences. This role bridges web development, UX, conversion optimization, and marketing technology, ensuring Marketing can quickly launch and optimize landing pages, campaigns, interactive demos, and other digital experiences without relying on shared development resources.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both build and optimize, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, CX, Sales and Partnership teams.
As a successful Web & Digital Experience Designer you will:
- Own day-to-day development, maintenance, performance, and optimization of and campaign landing pages
- Build and iterate landing pages and digital experiences supporting paid media, product launches, vertical campaigns, events, partnerships, and lifecycle programs
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Integrated Marketing on CRO, A/B testing, personalization, analytics, and conversion tracking
- Integrate interactive product experiences such as Storylane throughout high-intent buyer journeys and optimize engagement through the demo-to-sales handoff
- Partner on technical SEO/AEO, structured data, site architecture, page speed, accessibility, and AI-search readiness
- Support evaluation and potential migration of the website CMS, including Word Press vs. Payload, Hub Spot or other tools and associated integrations/workflows
- Work with creative to translate brand and UX standards into responsive, polished digital experiences
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to accelerate page development, testing, personalization, and ongoing site optimization
What skills will help you be effective on our team?
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 4–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
- Hands-on CMS experience;
Hub Spot and Word Press experience strongly preferred - Landing-page development and conversion-rate optimization
- UX/UI fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with designers
- GA4 and digital analytics/tracking experience
- Technical SEO, schema/structured data, site performance and accessibility knowledge
- Experience integrating AI, marketing platforms, forms, CRM workflows, interactive demos and third-party tools
- Motion graphics, animation, or video production experience is a plus, particularly for creating lightweight web animations, product visuals, and digital advertising assets
- Strong QA, project management, and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working in Trello or other project management tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
