The Operations Manager will have primary responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations while ensuring consistently high levels of service for customers.

• Oversee the daily operations of the location and ensure customer needs are consistently met.
• Lead, develop, and motivate operations staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with Sales to support business development and customer-facing activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.

• 5+ years experience in freight forwarding / 3PL industry.
• 3+ years experience developing and coaching operational teams.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and international transportation processes.
• Hands-on, flexible, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
