Linux​/HBSS Admin

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Linux/HBSS Admin in Millington, TN.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux systems in support of operational requirements and cybersecurity compliance.
• Operate and sustain endpoint security tooling, including HBSS/ESS and Ivanti Endpoint Security, to support detection, policy enforcement, and remediation activities.
• Support vulnerability and compliance activities using ACAS, including scan scheduling, credentialed scan configuration, and validation of results.
• Administer and troubleshoot supporting enterprise environments, including MS Server and MS Workstation, where required to support hybrid operations and tooling dependencies.
• Support identity and authentication dependencies using Active Directory and LDAP, enabling secure access, credentialed scanning, and aligned account management.
• Configure and troubleshoot network and secure communications requirements that impact system operations and security controls, including DNS, DHCP, IPv4/6, VPN, and SSL/TLS.
• Support certificate and PKI-dependent workflows using Microsoft Certificate server and Activ Identity Activ Client.
• Monitor system and service health using Solar Winds and System Center Operations Manager (Microsoft), and support patch/configuration readiness using System Center Configuration Manager (Microsoft) as applicable.
• Use PuTTY and secure transfer methods (SFTP/FTP) to support administrative access and controlled movement of files in accordance with security requirements.
• Collaborate and maintain documentation and operational artifacts using SharePoint, Skype/Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite (to include Visio/Project).
• Support scheduled and repeatable operational workflows using Control M and Control D, as required.

  Experience:
  
  Linux system administration, cybersecurity operations support, troubleshooting, and sustaining security tools in an enterprise environment.
• Linux Administration:
  Linux, secure remote administration with PuTTY, and secure communications using SSL/TLS.
• Endpoint Security: HBSS/ESS, Ivanti Endpoint Security.
• Vulnerability/Compliance: ACAS (scan operations, validation, and reporting support).
• Identity & Core Services:
  Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP.
• Networking: IPv4/6, VPN.
• Certificates/PKI Support:
  Microsoft Certificate server, Activ Identity Activ Client.
• Monitoring & Systems Management:
  Solar Winds, System Center Operations Manager (Microsoft), System Center Configuration Manager (Microsoft).
• Operating Systems: MS Server, MS Workstation, plus Linux.
