Leidos is seeking a Senior-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Millington, TN as part of the Field Services team. You will provide desk-side IT support, troubleshoot and repair devices, and ensure service levels meet customer needs in a security-sensitive environment.
Requirements include US citizenship, DoD Secret Clearance, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ or higher). Experience with Windows 10 and Remedy/HP Service Manager is preferred.
