Indmar is located in Millington, Tennessee and all applicants must be in the Greater Memphis area or willing to relocate.

Requirements

Masks proper components for painting.

Primes and paints engines and parts thoroughly using a spray gun.

Responsible for the startup/shut down of the ventilation and painting equipment.

Properly flushes out paint lines when needed.

Disposes of all filters on a daily basis. Filters are not to be left in the building.

Must properly wear and maintain PPE provided by the company which includes a half pace piece respirator.

Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED

Minimum two (2) years experience painting components in a production environment.

Must be able to operate ventilation equipment and painting equipment.

Must be familiar with MSDS and NIOSH regulations.

Constant noise from machinery and tools; standing consistently in the paint booth.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to wear a half piece respirator and be clean shaven to assure of proper seal on respirator. Other PPE required is a Tyvek suit, head sock, gloves and safety glasses.

Starting rate of pay is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. All hourly employees are eligible for a $40 weekly attendance bonus for meeting the work schedule. Regular shift is Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm with overtime worked on Friday as needed. All employees must pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment.
