Sign-on Bonus: $250 Sign-on Bonus to be paid after completion of T-Mobile Training. New hires only

Commission Guarantee: $250 Commission Guarantee for the first three months of employment. Details during interview

No Wireless? No problem — we are looking for high-energy, enthusiastic candidates who have the drive to serve our customers while earning unlimited commissions.

• Assist customers with the purchase and operation of T-Mobile devices and services.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to identify personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy; resolve issues as needed.
• Report to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager; contribute to a positive team environment.
• Support promotions and discount programs for T-Mobile service.

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Very flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Adaptable, achievement-oriented, competitive, and team-oriented mindset.

• Great base pay and an aggressive commission schedule; top reps earn more than $40K per year.
