Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns and communicating with site contacts as directed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, loading docks, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and drivers, including verifying identification, logging entries and exits, and directing traffic flow as needed.;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
