HVAC Technician Opportunity

Aerotek is hiring an HVAC technician for a commercial facility located in Millington, TN. This position is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity paying $25/hr must have Real  vehicle insurance to be able to drive on this particular job site.

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team, working Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as well as performing preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and basic troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient system operation.

• Assist with routine maintenance and inspections on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace components, and complete service calls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems.
• Conduct installations and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Change filters and clean systems regularly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule.

• EPA Universal certification.
• Valid driver's license with a REAL  an acceptable driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in electrical fundamentals and refrigeration basics.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Candidates with trade-school backgrounds are encouraged to apply

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millington, TN. The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
