Coating Operator

What you will do

• Operate coating equipment safely to produce high‑quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Work across production areas and build skills through cross‑training.
• Monitor product quality and promptly communicate safety or process concerns.
• Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers.
• Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed.

• Experienced in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with different teams.
• Open to cross‑training and continuous improvement.
• Motivated to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Full‑time position with 12‑hour rotating shifts in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
