Coating Operator

UPM Adhesive Materials is seeking a Coating Operator in Mills River, North Carolina.

• Operate coating equipment safely to produce high‑quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Work across production areas and build skills through cross‑training.
• Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers.
• Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed.

Full‑time position working 12‑hour rotating shifts in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with different teams, openness to cross‑training and continuous improvement.
