UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Machine Operator for our team in Mills River, North Carolina.

• Operate finishing and coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications
• Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training
• Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly
• Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers
• Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed

Working schedule:
Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

• You are experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• You have a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
• You are comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different teams open to cross-training and continuously improvement

This position is located in Mills River, North Carolina, USA. The position holder will report to a Coating or Finishing Supervisor at our Mills River Factory.
