The Lodge at Mills River, a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in Mills River, NC, seeks a full-time RN or LPN for the 7 pm–7 am night shift. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Applicants must hold an unrestricted RN or LPN license and current CPR certification.
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the selected nurse will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care for residents.
